Cash For Kids

This year we are once again proud to be supporting Cash For Kids.

Cash For Kids (previously Caring For Kids) was set up in 1981 to celebrate Radio Tay's first birthday, since then the charity has grown year on year and now has an annual turnover that allows the trustees to offer financial support directly and indirectly to approximately 21,000 children per year in Tay Territory with over £136'000 being paid out in the last 12 months.

The objects for which trust has been established are in the interests of social welfare, to protect and preserve the good health both physical and mental and to advance the education of the children and young person’s resident within our transmission area.

In total Caring for Kids has helped over a quarter of a million children in our area, and remember all money raised in Tay Territory stays in Tay Territory.
